I love that Disney California Adventure sits right across from Disneyland. We visit often and always make time for a few favorite rides and snacks. One of our top picks is the Corn Dog Castle—because calories don’t count at Disney, right?

Mickey’s Fun Wheel looks magical, even on a cloudy day. I enjoy how the ride reflects on the water—it adds a little extra charm.

You’ll find the Corn Dog Castle toward the back of the park. Walk past Grizzly River Run and The Little Mermaid, then head to the right. Follow the delicious smell of frying food and you’ll arrive.

Unlike the Corn Dog Truck on Main Street in Disneyland, Corn Dog Castle offers several choices, including a hot link corn dog and a cheddar cheese stick—tempting options for anyone craving something savory.

This is the counter where you place your order.

Each corn dog comes with a choice of a bag of sliced apples or a bag of chips.

Here’s the original corn dog, the same classic you’ll find at the Red Truck on Main Street.

The hot-link corn dog was my favorite—slightly spicy and full of flavor. I’ll definitely be back for another one.

I was curious about the cheddar cheese stick, so I tried it for this review. I’m a bit of a cheese snob and prefer higher-quality cheeses, so it’s important to know this is essentially a deep-fried processed cheese stick. It reminded me of a grilled cheese on a stick—comforting in a silly, indulgent way. It’s not my top pick, but it’s definitely worth trying if you enjoy novelty snacks.

The Jumpin’ Jellyfish ride sits right across from Corn Dog Castle, with the Golden Zephyr nearby—great spots to enjoy your snack with a view.

Have you tried Corn Dog Castle at California Adventure? Tell me what you think—were you a fan of the cheese stick or the hot-link corn dog, or do you prefer the original?
Have a great weekend, friends!
